*Meet and listen to Civil War re-enactors tell stories of this area: Nearby skirmishes, The Battle of Sangster Station, the Gray Ghost, John Singleton Mosby as well as women’s roles in maintaining the home/farm land during this time and place. Hike alongside the historic Johnny Moore Creek on the property.
* Share in a summer southern picnic of assorted Civil War Era foods such as Pork sandwiches, Corned Beef & Cabbage, Bean Soup, Cold Curry Chicken Salad, Green Tomato pie, Apple pie, Ginger snaps, and lemonade or coffee, BYOB if you like.
