20th Annual Labor Day Car Show

On the Streets of Historic Fairfax, Virginia

The Annual Labor Day Car Show is jointly sponsored by the City of Fairfax and the Clifton Lions Club. The mission of the show is to raise money for local charitable service organizations. Life with Cancer (www.lifewithcancer.org) and the Northern Virginia Therapeutic Riding Program (www.NVTRP.org) are the major recipients. 100% of the proceeds from the show will be donated and all donations received are totally tax deductible.

The show features all types of motor vehicles including street rods, foreign, customs, antiques, trucks, muscle cars, motorcycles and more. DJ music fill the air and vendor booths, raffles, and lots of good food from the Clifton Lions and Fairfax restaurants will be available. Show vehicles will be judged with trophies awarded, including a “Participant Pick”. The first 250 show vehicles also receive dash plaques. Over 300 vehicles and 5,000 spectators are anticipated at this year’s event.

The show is open to the public free of charge, however spectators can make attendance donations at their discretion.

In keeping with the Chesapeake Region Board’s directive in giving back to our members, the Board has reserved 10 parking spots that will be paid for by the Region.
