Please join us for the Annual General Meeting, on Sunday, November 14th at one of our favorite venues: Normandie Farms Inn.  (The lunch will be in the Patio Room.)

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE THE RESTAURANT HAS A MASK REQUIREMENT.  YOU MUST WEAR A MASK IN THE RESTAURANT WHEN GOING TO THE BUFFET LINE AND AT ALL TIMES OTHER THAN WHEN YOU ARE SEATED AT YOUR TABLE.  IN ADDITION, WE REQUIRE THAT ONLY FULLY VACCINATED PEOPLE ATTEND. IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN FULLY VACCINATED FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND.

Due to staffing issues at the restaurant, it is very IMPORTANT that I know the number of attendees.  This event will be limited to the first 60 acceptances.

The club will cover the cost of the lunch for Chesapeake Region members and spousal members. If you plan to bring a non-member guest, please provide Dan with his or her name; there will be a charge of $50 for the non-member or non-spousal member’s lunch.   The cost of any alcoholic beverages will be at the expense of the attendee, as usual.   

Believe it or not, it is still difficult to find restaurants and venues willing to accommodate a large group, but Normandie Farms is making an effort.

The big buffet is open as of the writing of this notice. 

A board meeting will follow the lunch and general meeting.
